Muy buena idea en una ciudad en la que ir en autobús de camino al casco viejo es como revivir los primeros minutos montada en una montaña rusa, en continuo y lento ascenso. Así es que poder dejar mi maleta en vuestras taquillas fue una verdadera salvación para recorrer con calma las calles de Toledo.
Quiero destacar también la atención telefónica, rápida y concreta, ideal para superar la brecha digital.
La única cosa que como consumidora me gustaría que fuera algo distinta sería el tiempo de alquiler de las taquillas, si no por minutos u horas, al menos por medias jornadas, pues mi visita fue breve y al final pagué por un día entero.

Make your payment
Simply use our secure payment gateways and we will send you the password to open the door to our facility as well as the code to your personal locker. Our payment methods:
You’ll receive a code
By both email and SMS that will allow you to open the door to our premises and your locker itself. You can enter the code as many times as you need to for the duration of your reservation.

Don’t worry if you need even more space than that provided by an XL locker – you can always book more than one.

How do I book a locker?
Reservations for lockers are made exclusively through our website. Lockers are available for use from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Payment is not available in store.
How big are the lockers?
Two types of lockers are available:
The smaller lockers (M) measure 29 cm /11,4 in (height) x 45 cm / 17,7 in (width) x 58 cm / 22,8 in (depth). This locker can generally take 1 carry-on suitcase and 1 backpack.
The larger lockers (XL) measure 84 cm / 33 in (height) x 45 cm / 17,7 in (width) x 58 cm / 22,8 in (depth). This locker can generally take 1 large suitcase plus 1 carry-on suitcase and a backpack, or 4 carry-on suitcase stacked on top of each other.
Can I book in advance?
Yes, you can, and your reservation will be valid from the time and date you indicated, whether it’s right now or in a few weeks time. Many people who like to plan ahead do just this. You can also avail of access to free wifi at the door to our premises – making it easy to book your locker there and then.
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the start time of your booking.
For how long can I book the locker?
You can rent your locker for a period of 1 day. Please remember to retrieve your luggage before 21:00..

What items can I NOT deposit in my locker?
All those items or objects whose mere possession or traffic is illegal, or which might require a license (or where the client is unable to furnish said license), dangerous material or contaminants, any type of living animal, and all foodstuffs except for foods that are properly packaged to prevent staining or releasing odors.

¿Cómo funciona el seguro?
Insurance is provided by the company AXA Seguros Generales. In the unlikely event of an incident on the premises, the subscribed policy covers losses due to damage and / or theft up to a maximum of € 1,000 per bag (a police report must be filed). We recommend that you do not deposit objects that exceed this value.
This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and, in general, technological goods (LCDs, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other medium that contains data or images. Please bear in mind that your travel documents as well as personal documentation (passport, driving license, etc.), are deposited at your own risk.
